V102 SPRITES

Huge graphical overhaul! Eight units with previously not-so-good sprites have been upgraded with assets made by SmallScaleInt.
This includes the Witch King Himself, who subsequently now has a shorter range attack, but moves faster in return. This should help making game-states without an Envoy more enjoyable.
More changes:
- Clicking on the HP bar on top of the HUD will once again both select and focus the King (hitting Space once still only selects)
- Invaders in Invasion Mode change less often. This should give more room to the player to adjust to what is happening
- Default music volume lowered
- Imp is now Flame Adept and no longer an armoured unit
- Various other tweaks to make units match their new sprite
