V98 - Defer & Control

- May now queue any action, not just right-clicks. Either with shift+key, or with shift+leftclick when resolving a keypress.
- Invasion Mode: Tribal population lowered
- Control Cages now build as fast as the other upgrade-buildings. Re-enabled in Mission 1.
- Initial control limits lowered
- Hitpoints of buildings increased
Base building becomes more meaningful, as naked Coven become a bit less useful (lower unit cap), while buildings generally are no longer made of paper, so they can also help with shaping a line of defense.
- Mission leaderboards can now be viewed in the launcher
- Spawning Circles now show the current sum of attribute boosts being applied to spawns
- Spawning Circles can no longer be directly targeted, nor built on
