- Basic replay functionality added for Multiplayer matches

- Multiplayer Observers added. They are not playing, but can chat with players and pause the game, etc.

- Multiplayer Spectators added. Spectator chat is isolated from the regular participants of a match

- Active Artifacts now have a smoking animation

- ESC is now for closing dialogs, ALT+Q is for quitting the game.
